This Privacy Policy describes how 360ithub/LSA (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles user information in connection with our HRMS and CRM mobile application TechMate (the “App”), used by authorised employees of Breezair India.

1. Limited Use of Existing Personal Data

   The App does not offer public registration or sign-up. All user accounts and associated data are pre-existing in the organisation’s internal HR and CRM system and are accessed through the App by authorised employees of Breezair India. Employees log in with credentials already issued by the organisation. The App does not create consumer accounts.

2. Information Accessed Through the App

   The App enables employees to access and interact with data already stored in our secure internal system. This may include:

   • Employee names, job titles, departments, and profile images
   • Contact information (email addresses, phone numbers)
   • Attendance and leave records
   • Check-in and check-out timestamps with GPS coordinates (captured only when the employee initiates check-in or check-out)
   • Expense claim details submitted through the App
   • Task records, comments, and file attachments
   • CRM records: leads, customers, quotations, and field visit / event activity records
   • Photos, documents, and audio notes that employees attach to leads, customers, or tasks
   • In-app feedback submitted by the employee
   • A device push-notification token (FCM token) used to deliver work notifications
   • Other employment- and sales-related data managed by the organisation

3. Purpose of Data Access

   The App provides this access so employees can:

   • View their employment-related information
   • Perform check-in and check-out for attendance tracking, including capture of location data to verify workplace presence
   • Log field visits and event activities, including capture of location data when a visit is checked in
   • Apply for leave and submit expense claims
   • Create and manage tasks, including comments and attachments
   • Manage leads, customers, quotations, and related CRM work
   • Capture or attach photos, files, and short audio notes to CRM records and tasks
   • Receive push notifications about work items (for example, tasks, visits, or approvals)
   • Submit optional in-app feedback
   • Access additional HR- and CRM-related services provided by the organisation

   Location is collected only in the foreground when the employee starts a check-in, check-out, or field-visit check-in. The App does not track location in the background.

4. Permissions Required

   To support these features, the App requests the following Android permissions:

   • android.permission.INTERNET: Connect to our HR/CRM system APIs and upload data
   • android.permission.VIBRATE: Provide haptic feedback (for example, on button tap)
   • android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Show push and local notifications about work items
   • android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Restore scheduled notifications after device restart
   • android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Capture precise GPS coordinates for attendance check-in/check-out and field-visit check-in
   • android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Capture approximate location when precise location is unavailable
   • android.permission.CAMERA: Take photos to attach to leads, customers, tasks, or other records
   • android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO: Record short audio notes to attach to leads, customers, or tasks
   • android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Read existing files or photos from the device for attachments (Android 12 and below)
   • android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Temporarily cache files before upload on older Android versions

   No other permissions are requested or used by the App. The App does not use background location (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION).

5. Data Security

   We implement security measures to protect your data, including location, media, and audio files. These include role-based access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), employee credential authentication, and regular security reviews. Login session information (host URL and session cookie) may be stored locally on the device so the employee stays signed in. No HR or CRM records are permanently stored on the device. Temporary local storage or caching (for example, images, recorded audio, or files pending upload) may be used to support App features and is deleted or overwritten in the normal course of use.

6. Sharing of Information

   The App does not sell personal data. Operational HR and CRM data remains in our internal systems and is available only to authorised personnel.

   To deliver push notifications, the App shares a device notification token with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. That token is also stored on the employee record in our internal system. Firebase processes this information under Google’s privacy policy. We do not share attendance, location, CRM, or media data with Firebase beyond what is required to send a notification.

7. Third-Party Services

   The App uses the following third-party services:

   • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Delivers push notifications. This involves a device token. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security.

   The App does not currently integrate analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services that collect personal information. If we add any such service, we will update this policy.

9. User Rights and Control

   Employees may contact the HR department (or email us at [email protected]) to review, correct, or request deletion of their employment-related data, including attendance, location, expense, CRM attachments, audio notes, and the stored FCM token, in accordance with organisational policies. Notification permission can also be turned off in device settings.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated internally and reflected in the App or via an accessible link.
