Limited Use of Existing Personal Data
The App does not collect personal data directly from users beyond what is necessary for authentication and core functionality. All user accounts and associated educational data are pre-existing within our internal LMS management system and are accessed via the App by authorized students and users of 360ithub/LSA. The App includes registration features for new users, which creates accounts within our secure LMS system.
Information Accessed Through the App
The App enables students and users to access and interact with data already stored within our secure LMS management system. This may include:
- Personal Information: Student names, email addresses, phone numbers, profile pictures
- Educational Data: Course enrollments, lesson progress, quiz and exam scores, certificates earned
- Payment Information: Transaction history, course purchases, subscription details (processed through secure third-party payment gateways)
- Communication Data: Chat messages with instructors, discussion forum posts, support tickets
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version for compatibility and support purposes
- Usage Analytics: App usage patterns, course completion rates, time spent on different features
- Media Files: Profile pictures, assignment submissions, certificates downloaded
- Location Data: Approximate location for content personalization and compliance with regional educational requirements

The App provides this access to enable students and users to:
