   The App does not collect personal data directly from users. All user accounts and associated data are pre-existing within our internal HR management system and are accessed via the App by authorised employees of 360ithub/LSA. The App does not include registration or sign-up features.

2. Information Accessed Through the App

   The App enables employees to access and interact with data already stored within our secure HR management system. This may include:

   • Contact information (email addresses, phone numbers)
   • Job titles and departments
   • Attendance and leave records
   • Performance-related information
   • Check-in and check-out timestamps (with GPS location)
   • Receipt images and media files captured for expense claims

3. Purpose of Data Access

   The App provides this access to enable employees to:

   • View their employment-related information
   • Perform check-in and check-out for attendance tracking (including capture of location data to verify workplace presence)
   • Capture, upload, and submit photos of receipts or other media as part of expense claims
   • Apply for leave, submit timesheets, and manage tasks (if applicable)
   • Communicate with other employees (if applicable)
   • Access additional HR-related services provided by the organisation

4. Permissions Required

   To support these features, the App requests the following Android permissions:

   • android.permission.INTERNET: Connect to our HR system APIs and upload data
   • android.permission.VIBRATE: Provide haptic feedback (e.g., on button tap)
   • android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Schedule background tasks (e.g., data sync) at device startup
   • android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Capture precise GPS coordinates for check-in/check-out
   • android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Capture approximate location when fine location is unavailable
   • android.permission.ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION: Continue location tracking during backgrounded check-in/check-out
   • android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Read images from the device for attaching to expense claims
   • android.permission.CAMERA: Take photos of receipts and documents for expense submission

   No other permissions are requested or used by the App.

5. Data Security

   We implement robust security measures to protect your data, including location and media files. These include role-based access controls, data encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure employee credential authentication, and regular security reviews and audits. No data is permanently stored on user devices. Temporary local storage or caching may be used to enhance performance, but all location, media, and attendance data remain encrypted and under our control.

6. Sharing of Information

   The App does not collect or share new personal data with any third party. All data accessed—including location, attendance records, and media files—remains within our internal systems and is available only to authorised personnel.

7. Third-Party Services

   The App does not integrate with third-party services that collect personal information. If we integrate any such service in the future (e.g., analytics or crash reporting), we will update this policy accordingly.
