Welcome to BrewGo ("the Application"), developed and operated by 360 IT HUB PVT. LTD. ("we", "our", "us", or the "Company"). BrewGo is an enterprise workforce management, field sales, attendance tracking, and task management mobile application designed for organizations and their authorized employees and field personnel.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (Android package: com.threesixtyithub.en.brewgo) and related services (collectively, the "Services").
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how your data is handled. By installing, accessing, or using BrewGo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our workforce management and field operations services, we collect several categories of information:
A. Personal and Employment Information
When you log in or your employer provisions your account, we may collect:
- Account Credentials: Username, work email address, and authentication credentials.
- Employee Profile Data: Full name, employee ID, contact phone number, job title, department, and profile photograph.
- Workplace Records: Attendance records (check-in and check-out timestamps), leave applications, expense claims and supporting receipts, daily tasks, customer/lead records, quotation records, and visit reports.
B. Location Data (Foreground Geolocation)
- Precise and Coarse Location: BrewGo accesses your device's precise (GPS) and coarse (network-based) location when you explicitly perform certain actions in the app, including:
- Logging employee attendance (check-in and check-out verification).
- Recording field visits and customer/lead meetings.
- Geotagging assigned tasks and activity forms.
- Foreground Usage Only: Location data is collected only when the Application is open and in active use (foreground) for specific business verification purposes. BrewGo does not continuously track or record your location in the background when the app is closed or not in use.
C. Camera, Photos, and Media Files
- Camera Access: We request access to your device camera to allow you to take real-time photos for:
- Attendance verification (selfie/photo verification during check-in).
- Field visit documentation and customer site verification.
- Expense receipt capture.
- Task progress verification.
